Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• “Service” — Veiltra websites, Discord server/bots, dashboards, APIs, regional bot accounts, queue systems, and related tools.
• “Member” — any user with free, trial, or paid access.
• “Bot accounts” — platform accounts operated by Veiltra for 2box/3box sessions; they remain our property.
• “Plan” — a subscription tier (e.g. Elite / Ultra) with defined features and limits.

2. Eligibility

• You must be legally able to enter a contract (typically 18+, or age of majority).
• You must comply with Discord, platform (PlayStation/Xbox/Battle.net etc.), and Activision terms.
• If you use the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent you have authority to bind that entity.
• We may refuse, suspend, or limit access at our discretion for risk, abuse, or legal reasons.

3. Account & Discord linkage

Access is primarily tied to your Discord identity and roles. You are responsible for all activity under your Discord account and any dashboard session. You must not share, sell, rent, or transfer membership, invite links meant for you, party codes for commercial resale, or credentials. We may revoke access for account sharing or multi-accounting abuse.

4. Description of the Service

Veiltra provides tools to join sessions with regional bot accounts for Warzone and, on eligible plans, Multiplayer. Features may include Discord control panels, dashboard queue status, region channels, 2box / 3box modes, and informational lobby guidance. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, regions, capacity, or gamemodes (including after game patches) without liability, except as required by law or our Refund Policy.

5. No guarantees on lobbies, SBMM, or outcomes

• We do not control Activision matchmaking, SBMM, EOMM, playlists, or skill brackets.
• Lobby ratings and “easier region” guidance are member-reported and informational only — not promises.
• We do not guarantee kills, wins, streamer lobbies, or any competitive result.
• Game updates may reduce or break functionality temporarily or permanently.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass members, spam queues, abuse friend requests, or disrupt workers/bots.
• Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or attacks on our infrastructure.
• Use cheats, malware, or injected software in connection with the Service.
• Misrepresent affiliation with Activision, Discord, or Veiltra.
• Use the Service for unlawful activity or to violate third-party rights.
• Circumvent plan limits, suspensions, or regional capacity controls.
• Resell access or operate a competing redistributor using our bots.

7. Plans, billing & taxes

• Prices are shown at checkout and may change prospectively.
• Subscriptions typically renew automatically until cancelled via the billing provider or our flows.
• You authorize recurring charges for the selected Plan.
• Taxes may apply based on your location; you are responsible for amounts not collected by the processor.
• Failed payments may cause immediate loss of Discord roles and Service access.
• Chargebacks filed without contacting support may result in permanent ban and collection of amounts owed.

8. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed exclusively by the Refund Policy. Digital access is delivered immediately upon purchase.

9. Bot accounts & intellectual property

• Bot accounts, software, branding, documentation, and Discord configuration are owned by Veiltra or licensors.
• You receive a limited license as described in the EULA — not ownership of bots or code.
• You may not attempt to claim, recover, or permanently capture bot accounts or credentials.

10. Your game accounts & risk

You remain solely responsible for your own game accounts and compliance with platform rules. While we design the Service to change matchmaking region via legitimate party/bot methods and not to inject into game clients, we do not warrant that Activision or platforms will never take action against accounts. Use is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veiltra is not liable for bans, suspensions, lost progress, or related losses.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for Terms violations, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, legal risk, or operational necessity. We may delete or retain data as described in the Privacy Policy. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by law or the Refund Policy.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, REGION AVAILABILITY, OR COMPATIBILITY WITH EVERY GAME UPDATE.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXIONAI AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR GAME-ACCOUNT LOSSES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO NEXIONAI FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR USD $50 IF GREATER AND REQUIRED AS A MINIMUM BY LAW). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veiltra and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights or platform rules, or content/conduct in Discord attributable to you.

15. Disputes; governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Veiltra’s operating entity is organized, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, except where prohibited. Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution via Discord support for at least 30 days.

16. Export & sanctions

You represent you are not prohibited from receiving the Service under applicable export control or sanctions laws.

17. Affiliation disclaimer

Veiltra is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Activision Publishing, Inc., Discord Inc., Sony, Microsoft, or related trademark holders. Call of Duty® and Warzone™ are trademarks of their respective owners.

18. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Material changes may be announced in Discord. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where allowed. If you disagree, cancel and stop using the Service.

19. Severability & entire agreement

If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms, plus Privacy, EULA, and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement and supersede prior understandings regarding the Service. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
